Standard: Plan includes 8 hours of regular onsite service per month and 2 Onsite Staff Training sessions per year. Only $800/month!
Pro: Plan includes 12 hours of regular onsite service per month and 3 Onsite Staff Training sessions per year, plus 1 free maintenance visit to clean PC fans and blow out dust. Only $1080/month!
Premium: Plan includes 16 hours of regular onsite service per month and 4 Onsite Staff Training Sessions per year plus 2 free maintenance visits to clean PC fans and blow out dust. Only $1440/month!
Plan hours will be prorated during the first month. Plan hours are reset on the first day of the month and no more than two unused hours may be carried over to the following month. Any extra service time used above the monthly plan will be billed at our standard rate of $100.00/hr. All support plans require two months of prepayment to be used as a security deposit and held as payment for the
first and last months of the agreement. All plans will be billed on the first day of each month. VTS Partners may change their plan at anytime. VTS Partner Support Plans are 12 month self-renewing agreements that require 60 day written notice to terminate. Rates may be subject to change on the anniversary of the agreement. A minimum of one hour will be charged for all onsite visits. Training Sessions will last up to one hour and must be scheduled 30 days in advance.
